Caitlyn Jenner has taken legal action against the estate of Sophia Hutchins

Nine months after the Olympian’s friend and manager died on July 2 at the age of 29 following an ATV crash, Jenner’s November claim for $439,095.88 in unpaid expenses was “allowed” by Hutchins’ estate on March 27, meaning the estate has agreed to pay the amount, according to documents obtained by E! News.

Jenner, 76, had alleged that Hutchins owed her the hefty amount after racking up credit card charges, cash advances, lawyers fees and more, per the creditors claim obtained by E!.

The document broke down the $439,095.88, alleging that Hutchins had made furniture purchases in excess of $250,000 on Jenner’s credit and debit cards, along with payments on eBay and Shopify. Hutchins had also allegedly received over $7,000 in cash advances from Jenner. The document also noted the two had shared legal expenses, with Jenner requesting over $130,000 to be reimbursed for the cost.

E! News has reached out to reps for Jenner as well as Hutchins estate but has not heard back.

Following Hutchins’ death, Jenner shared how she’d been coping without her longtime confidant.

“Recently my good friend Sophia passed away in a tragic accident,” she said during an August appearance on FOX News @ Night. “For the last seven weeks, I've been dealing with death, and it's so difficult.”

Hutchins and Jenner’s friendship had first begun over a decade ago when they were introduced by Hutchins' makeup artist. She later took on the role of the reality star’s manager.

Hutchins died in Malibu on July 2 from blunt force trauma after the ATV she was driving rear-ended a Mazda in front of her before she fell off a 350-foot cliff, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department told the Daily Mail.

"It doesn't seem like she was following them," Malibu/Lost Hills Sergeant Eduardo Saucedo explained to the outlet. "I think she just came up on them and then hit the car."

"It looked like she tried to maneuver to go around it," he continued, "but she was going too fast and just ended up clipping the rear end of that Mazda, causing her to veer off and go off the cliff there."
