Taylor Swift is known for her squeaky-clean image—but is she willing to go to court over it?

According to reports, the country cutie's lawyers are threatening legal action against gossip blog Celeb Jihad for publishing and refusing to take down a nude photo of a woman who the site alleges could be the singer.

E! News has looked into it and it appears this story is...

So true—at least the part about the suing, anyway!

Per TMZ, Swift's attorneys sent a letter to the site claiming Celeb Jihad had wrongly identified the 21-year-old crooner as the subject of a "leaked" X-rated topless pic, which it posted under the headline, "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?"

As a result, Swift's people are demanding the site's owner remove the photo immediately because it contains "false pornographic images and false news" about their client; if they don't remove the pic, the missive says Swift will sue for trademark infringement.

In a statement to E! News,  a spokesperson for Celeb Jihad confirmed the legal threat, and then said that the site would acquiesce to her demands—if the singer agrees to convert to Islam. Really.

"We are 100‰ serious about removing the picture if Taylor Swift agrees to convert to Islam," the site's spokesperson tells us, adding that the site may seek its own justice under religious law. "We have yet to hear back."

Somehow, that doesn't seem surprising.

Swift's camp was unavailable for comment and the pic—of whoever it may be—remains up online.

The Grammy winner is currently on the U.S. leg of a world tour in support of her latest album, Speak Now, which wraps up in New York on Nov. 22, after which she'll head over to Australia and New Zealand early next year.
