Now here's a workout we can get behind (no pun intended...OK, maybe a little bit).

It's no secret that Jenna Dewan-Tatum's body is on point—and for those who need a reminder, just check out her lap dance with hubby Channing Tatum (yes, there's some contouring to emphasize the abs, but trust us, they're there).

However, you may be surprised to know that you don't need to do those 500 crunches a night and 1,000 squats to get your Jenna Dewan-Tatum bod on. You just need to put on some good music with a heavy beat, and drop it down low.

The actress took to Instagram earlier today to reveal how she gets those "abs and booty," and the workout seems more than doable, because all you basically have to do is pop your budonkadonk down to the ground. Basically just your average Saturday night, right?

Joined by two fellow dancers, the brunette beauty posted a clip of the trio popping and dropping it to Adrian Marcel's "2 a.m." She captioned the video, "How we do abs and booty." Done and done!

The Step Up star has always shared that she incorporates dance into her fitness regimen. Back in October 2013, after the birth of the couple's daughter Everly, Dewan-Tatum told Self magazine that along with being able to drop 33 pounds in seven weeks, she managed to stay in good shape during the pregnancy, and that was partially thanks to gettin' down to some tunes.

"I just recently had a baby but I stayed in shape. I was working out almost every single day or walking or hiking or anything that made me feel good," she explained, adding that her favorite workouts include dancing, "If it's fun I'll do it more."

She continued, "I do a 35-minute hip-hop workout my trainer gave me. Chan [Channing Tatum] laughs because he walks in on me doing my routine to Lil Wayne in the living room," she says. "He hasn't jumped in yet, but I'm going to have to work on that!"

Perhaps a sexy dance battle will entice him?
