Well played, Michelle Obama!

FLOTUS answered husband President Barack Obama's #GimmeFive fitness challenge (which he proposed via his spankin' new Twitter account, natch), and owned it (we mean, as if she would do otherwise). The #GimmeFive challenge, by the way, is a social media initiative that encourages Americans to tell Mrs. Obama five things they're doing to "eat better, be more active and lead a healthier life." (You get extra props for giving high-fives to people you see making healthy choices.)

Mrs. Obama has spearheaded the nationwide Let's Move! campaign, which encourages children to lead healthy lifestyles that include balanced diets and regular exercise, since 2011.

"Congratulations on five years of Let's Move!—I know you've been getting folks all across the country involved with your #GimmeFive challenge and I wanted to join in. So here are five ways that even a president can stay active and healthy," Obama says in his video. His five ways include getting in an a.m. workout, drinking water, taking the stairs (when the Secret Service permits), filling half his plate with fruits and veggies (especially with his green go-to broccoli) and, finally, making time for "walk-and-talk" meetings.

"So what about you? Give me five, FLOTUS style," he finished.

FLOTUS responded to the president's challenge with a video posted to her Twitter account May 19, and man—it was worth the wait!

Mrs. Obama's five moves include jumping rope, ab-activating crunches, jumping squats, lifting weights and boxing. The sixth move, of course, is kicking butt, taking names drinking water to stay hydrated after her high-octane workout. (Phew.)

Check out the first lady's sick workout moves in the video above (we'll be trying them out later).
