Harry Styles May Have Favorited a Very NSFW Tweet and the Internet Reacted Accordingly

Internet exploded with memes and trending hashtags after Harry Styles favorited an explicit tweet

Harry Styles' official Twitter had only favorited 10 tweets in the past. Maybe the One Direction heartthrob should have considered that before making it so easy for fans to discover a recently favorited pornographic tweet.

On Sunday night, young girls across the country exploded in a jealous rage after realizing Styles (or someone on his account) purposefully (or accidentally) favorited a very NSFW tweet. Not long thereafter, fans begged Styles not to obey the favorited tweet's naughty request and #HarryDontLickAnything began trending on Twitter.

Some people imagined what Styles' and the rest of One Direction's reactions must have been once he realized Twitter favorites are, indeed, public.

Styles' account quickly unfavorited the tweet and addressed the situation.

Just kidding, he addressed nothing (not even the weather, really) and has made no comment on the situation. He has, however, made up for that tactlessness by favoriting some tweets of puppies and kittens (shown below), hopefully making up for the account's previous indiscretions.

Puppies and kittens can mend any situation in our book, but we're not so sure how his fanbase will respond. And his mother. And his grandmother. His poor, poor grandmother.

One Direction's rep couldn't be reached for comment regarding Harry possibly favoriting the NSFW tweet.
