Kate Moss has had a busy birthday celebration!

Shortly after arriving back from vacationing on Sir Richard Branson's Necker Island with a select group of pals, the supermodel headed out to 34 Restaurant in London for the culinary portion of her celebration, alongside husband Jamie Hince.

The pair was also joined by a number of friends—including bestie Naomi Campbell, Jo Wood, Mario Testino and TopShop mogul Sir Philip Green—who all enjoyed some fine dining while ringing in Moss' 40th birthday.

Kate, who had a fresh tan from her stay in the Caribbean, wore a leopard-print coat over a simple-but-gorgeous black dress and black-heeled booties.

Moss had spent the previous week enjoying the sun's rays on her longtime pal's island, which was reportedly generously donated to Kate for the week (a stay at Necker Island for a week usually costs 280,000 pounds, or nearly $500,000).

"Very happy birthday Kate Moss – it's been a pleasure hosting the celebrations here on Necker," Branson tweeted earlier today, linking to a blog post explaining when he'd first met Kate.

He wrote, "I first came across Kate through Sarah Doukas, the wonderful founder of Storm model agency. Sarah started her agency out of her own home. When she came to me to pitch a business idea I had no expectations that I was going to hear anything out of the ordinary...When Sarah came across Kate Moss in a New York airport, I knew I'd made the right decision!"

Meanwhile, fellow model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley paid tribute to her idol on Instagram. Posting a black and white model shot of Moss, Rosie wrote, "Happy 40th Ms Moss #birthdaygirl#40#KM#icon#QueenK#KateMoss."

Here's to hoping Kate Moss had a 40th birthday she'll always remember.
