Is Lindsay Lohan planning to sue the makers of Grand Theft Auto V for modeling a video game character after her?

According to reports, the 27-year-old's lawyers are allegedly preparing to go after Rockstar Games, the makers of Grand Theft Auto, for using Lohan's image without her consent. The star's attorneys are reportedly asking the game company to pay Lohan for using her likeness.

While there's no word on whether or not Rockstar Games did indeed use Lohan as inspiration for their game, the GTAV cover art does feature an image of a bikini-clad blond taking a beach selfie (do you think the babe looks like LiLo?).

The game also features a temperamental faux celebrity named Lacey Jonas who whines about being followed by paparazzi (sounds like many starlets, right?).

Video game drama aside, Lohan seemed to be in a good mood over the Thanksgiving holiday. She took to her website to share a message reading, "sending love and blessings. #lifeisgood happy thanksgiving to everyone."

She also recently tweeted, "bringing back my favorite red outfits for the holidays xo..."
