Lala Kent is celebrating a major milestone on her sobriety journey.
On Oct. 22, the Vanderpump Rules star marked half a decade since she gave up alcohol for good and reflected on the day she decided to get help back in 2018.
"I've been sober for 5 years today," the 33-year-old wrote in a heartfelt message on Instagram. "On this day I replay my rock bottom moment. All the details of what happened on this day. Waking up, admitting I was powerless, and for the first time in many years seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm so grateful for this day."
Lala also shared some hope for anyone still struggling with addiction. "I will continue to work hard for my sobriety, & take a moment of silence for the alcoholic who still suffers," she added. "I see you- I love you. Thank you, God. Happy birthday to me!"
The reality star celebrated the momentous occasion surrounded by friends and costars—including Scheana Shay, Ariana Madix, Katie Maloney and VPR alum Stassi Schroeder—at Chili's restaurant in L.A.
In one sweet video on her Instagram Stories, the Give Them Lala podcast host holds her 2-year-old daughter Ocean as the group sings "Happy Birthday" to her with a cake that reads, "Give Them 5 Years Sober."
Amid the anniversary, Lala's Bravo family rallied around her in support with sweet shout-outs on social media.
"You inspire me every day and are one of the strongest women I know," Scheana wrote on Instagram. "Congratulations on this huge milestone. I'm so proud of you."
Katie shared, "Happy 5 years @lalakent so proud of you!!!! Love you so much," while Ariana commented on Lala's Instagram tribute with, "congratulations this picture of you and little ocean is so precious."
